BEFORE OUR SESSION
Read over your lifestyle design strategy workbook. Before our calls you will identify your intention/desire, your tangible end result you wish to achieve, and fill out your "Create Your Why" worksheet.
Then we will hop on a call and I will help guide you through filling out your Strategy Overview Worksheet. You will sleep on it and when you are ready to commit, we will meet again.
This session will be focused on filling out Goal #1-3 forms and mapping out your Morning & Evening routine schedule.
I will be emailing you every day for 30 days to keep you motivated in your steps.
We will meet for a 30 day review to talk about progress and make changes to anything that is needed.
